If you are 25 years +, please join us for a free, online session and let us guide you on an amazing journey, to reduce your anxiety through the wonderful practice of Yoga, with our Yogini Jade Malinovski. Our Nutritionist, Lynley Seaman, will also help you discover how diet influences mental health as well as how you can incorporate better food choices into your day.
