FocusOne Coach

FocusOne Coach is a 1:1 targeted and brief mental health coaching service for adults aged 18+ experiencing everyday life challenges. The service is available in Berri, Mount Gambier, and via telehealth; and a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan is not required. Your clients are able to self-refer and general practices/community services are encouraged to refer via the FocusOne Health referral form.

headspace NOW, which launched in November 2023, has eliminated the wait time for young people to access mental health services.

Riverland Pride March 2023

headspace Berri is proud to announce the third annual Riverland Pride March is scheduled to take place in Loxton on Friday September 22nd 2023. The Riverland Pride March is an all-ages community walk embracing individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies, of all generations.

Mount Gambier Head to Head

We are thrilled to share some important developments that will further enhance the accessibility and support provided by Mount Gambier Head to Health. From August 21st 2023, we extended opening hours to five days per week, allowing us to offer our services, including mental health support, information and assessment from Mondays through Fridays.
